Located inside Pipa Hotel, it serves excellent Italian cuisine, including handmade pasta, premium steaks, fresh seafood and creative cocktails. The atmosphere changes throughout the evening, with dinner giving way to a lively social scene later at night. If you’re planning a date night or celebrating a special occasion, this is one of our top recommendations on Soi 11.

Hidden behind the busy main road, the restaurant has a spacious garden atmosphere with live music most evenings. We’ve found it’s especially popular with local Thai groups, which is always a good sign.

6. Lily Fu’s
Located inside the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, Lily Fu’s combines a stylish cocktail bar with a menu inspired by flavours from across Asia. You’ll find everything from bao buns and dim sum to noodles, curries and creative small plates designed for sharing. The restaurant has a relaxed but fashionable atmosphere that works equally well for brunch, dinner or evening drinks before exploring Soi 11’s nightlife.

Tony’s has quickly built a loyal following thanks to its authentic Italian cooking and welcoming atmosphere. If you’re after a quieter atmosphere while still being close to the action, Hemingway is hard to beat and can be one of the more romantic restaurants in Bangkok; it’s our favourite date spot!
