The mall is on Sukhumvit Road in central Bangkok with a few different options.
For many, the easiest and quickest way to get to the mall is via the MRT or BTS Skytrain. From both the MRT and BTS, you can use the clearly marked skywalk to find the mall.
Nearest Terminal 21 BTS Station: Asok BTS is the nearest station to the shopping mall
Nearest Terminal 21 MRT Station: Sukhumvit MRT stop is the nearest station if travelling via the MRT.
If you are staying in or around Khao San Road, you can walk or catch a taxi down to Sam Yot or Sanam Chai MRT, then take the blue line towards Tha Pra, getting off at Sukhumvit.
If you have rent a bike or car, you can drive to the mall, following along Sukhumvit Road; there is parking available at the mall.
Terminal 21 parking: Parking is available here, with the first 2 hours being free, then hour 3 and 4 costing 20B per hour, with the price increasing to 100B per hour after 6 hours of parking. This car park is open from 8am to 11.30pm.
Taxi/motorbike: If you don’t want to take public transport, you can catch a taxi, Grab (Thailand’s version of Uber) or motorbike taxi to the mall. Motorbike taxis will be a lot quicker however make sure your driver has a spare helmet for you.
If you are opting for a taxi, we prefer to use the Grab app to ensure we get dropped off at the right location whilst also avoiding any arguments about travel without the meter.
